Lake Smith Shores is a private assisted living home licensed by ACHA in 2024. We accommodate just 4 residents, ensuring an abundance of individualized care and attention to each resident. We feature a family environment with dietary compliant meal options and various activities that are chosen by our residents. Our residents and their families assist in creating an enriching plan of care, where the individual can be as active or relaxed as they prefer.
